Accomodation prices and Room Rates

• 1 night stay, breakfast included: min 45 €

We ask for 50% advanced payment by bank transfer or as agreed.
Payment is accepted by cash only, on arrival. Credit cards are not accepted (read terms and conditions).
Information about approximate time of arrival appreciated.

Terms & Conditions

The guest who makes a reservation declares to have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.

If the room(s) required is available we will request an email with number and expire date of your credit card as guarantee.
The reservation will confirmed by email. We will use your credit card only to guarantee the room, your credit card will be NOT charged before your arrival at the Bed and Breakfast.


If you need to cancell your reservation, please send us a mail with your request. If we do not receive any or late information about it, follow penalties will be applied:

• from 7 to 4 days before the date of arrival: we will charge from your credit cards the cost of the first night of your stay
• from 3 days before the date of arrival: we will charge the total costs of the booked stay

We will do it with a no-show operation, directly from your credit card.
